Partner Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
RideCar Limousine (“RideCar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
These Partner Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between RideCar and any affiliate, subcontractor, transportation provider, or booking partner (“Partner”) providing or receiving services through RideCar.
By accepting a booking, dispatch request, or affiliate agreement with RideCar, Partner agrees to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Partner agrees to provide professional chauffeured transportation services consistent with:
. All applicable federal, state, and local laws
. Commercial insurance requirements
. Licensing and permit regulations
. Airport authority rules including
. O'Hare International Airport and
. Midway International Airport
All services must meet RideCar’s service standards including punctuality, vehicle cleanliness, and professional chauffeur conduct.
2. Service Standards
Partner agrees to:
. Arrive on time for all reservations
. Track flights for airport pickups
. Provide meet & greet service when booked
. Maintain clean, smoke-free vehicles
. Ensure chauffeurs are properly dressed (professional attire)
. Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol
Failure to meet service standards may result in payment reductions or termination of partnership.
3. Insurance & Licensing
Partner must maintain:
. Commercial auto liability insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage or as required by law)
. Workers compensation (if applicable)
. Valid chauffeur licensing
. Airport permits where required
RideCar reserves the right to request proof of insurance at any time.
4. Booking & Dispatch Procedures
All reservations must be confirmed in writing via:
. Email
. Dispatch software
. Official RideCar communication channels
Partner may not:
. Contact RideCar’s clients directly for future bookings
. Redirect passengers to alternate providers
. Promote their own company during a RideCar-assigned trip
This is a strict non-solicitation policy.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
. Payments are processed within 15–30 business days after service completion
. Invoices must include reservation number and trip details
. Disputed charges must be reported within 5 business days
Late cancellations, no-shows, or service failures may result in deductions.
6. Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified:
. Sedan/SUV reservations: 8-hour cancellation window
. Sprinter/Stretch vehicles: 24-hour cancellation window
. No-shows are billed at 100% of trip value
. Airport wait time:
60 minutes complimentary for airport arrivals
15 minutes complimentary for non-airport pickups
7. Liability & Indemnification
Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RideCar from:
. Claims arising from accidents
. Chauffeur misconduct
. Vehicle damage
. Traffic violations
. Passenger injury caused by Partner negligence
RideCar is not liable for Partner operational failures.
8. Confidentiality
Partner agrees to keep confidential:
. Client names
. Corporate accounts
. Pricing structures
. Travel itineraries
. Internal processes
Information may not be shared with third parties without written consent.
9. Brand Usage
Partner may not:
. Use RideCar logo without written permission
. Represent themselves as RideCar
. Advertise RideCar pricing publicly
All branding must remain RideCar-controlled.
10. Termination
RideCar reserves the right to terminate partnership immediately for:
. Service complaints
. Insurance lapses
. Policy violations
. Brand misuse
. Solicitation of RideCar clients
Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.
11. Independent Contractor Status
Partner operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates:
. Employment relationship
. Joint venture
. Agency partnership
Partner is solely responsible for taxes and operational costs.
12. Amendments
RideCar may update these Partner Terms at any time. Continued acceptance of bookings constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
