Denver airport opens new Great Hall spaces before the holidays
DEN has opened a new North Security Checkpoint, an international-arrivals meet-and-greet area and additional connections through the Jeppesen Terminal.

Denver International Airport has opened several newly completed areas in the Jeppesen Terminal as work continues on the Great Hall project. The changes include a new North Security Checkpoint, a meet-and-greet area outside international arrivals, and an improved path from the A bridge to baggage claim and ground transportation.
The new checkpoint has eight lanes and, according to the airport information reported by The Denver Post, operates daily from 12:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. The improved Level 6 to Level 5 route gives passengers leaving the concourses via the A bridge access by elevator, escalator or stairs to baggage claim, transportation and the terminal exit. The broader Great Hall reconstruction remains underway.
If you are flying through DEN, check your airline’s terminal and checkpoint information before leaving, and follow airport signs because construction work continues. International arrivals meeting family or friends can use the new meet-and-greet space outside international arrivals. For ground transportation, coordinate your pickup level and meeting point in advance, then confirm the latest instructions on arrival.
